I don't know how your pictures get so crisp and clear!!! When I shrink my photo to fit the 500x500 requirement, it gets all distorted! Any suggestions? Thanks

I didn't shrink my pics I took them, left them normal size, uploaded them onto a free site called photobucket then took the little IMG tag and copy cut and pasted it into the post reply space. Very simple to do and great looking pics is the outcome.

Docta ...........
when you changed out your original pump for the maxi jet 900 - did you have to do any modifications of ay kind ?
i see the maxi jet 900 is rated 230 gph which is right where our tanks should be - i think .
was the outlet size the same as the original pump .....possibly 1/2 or 7/16 ?
thanks .........only want to do this once ...lol
and ..........with your addition of the tunze mini (70gph) - isn't that a lot of water movement ..combined ...?
i just can't imagine 230 + 70 = 300 gph in a 12 gallon tank - seems like a lot 2 me
your tank looks great though -..........

No motifications what so ever. Everything fit perfectly. The addition of the tunze added a little more movement but not so much to make it to much. It's just right. I've found the way I placed mine is the best setup for water circulation.

Ordered my new 6 stage RO DI unit, TDS meter, and replacement filter kit! Levels still check out good and everything has grown a ton since my last post. I'm in the process of fragging my clovepolyps. I would also like to frag some zoas but don't really know how. If you have any advice on fragging zoas please let me know. Thanks. -Greg

I like to use a pair of kitchen shears or a razor, gloves, eyeglasses, and super glue gel, I also some times use tweezers too. All you have to do is cut the matt on the bottom, and pull em off the rock. Glue to new rock and your done.

O that sounds easy enough...Do I just cut around a piece of the matt I want then rip that off and glue/rubber band it to another rock?

Thats a good question.. Honestly I have only used the gel type, and when I see people recomending super glue its always the "gel type". Maybe reason its easyier to work with? Or it cures better? Not eactly sure. Anyhow you can find it anywhere, drug store, hardware, walmart, etc.
