there is only one thing i dislike about owning great danes.

I'm sorry about your puppy. We need pics I think. I'm sure she had a happy and spoiled 10 years.

{{{HUG}}} such a sad night....they sure are wonderful dogs, some people might think the name Great is because of the size, those who ever knew a Great Dane knows the truth. Ten years is a long life for a Great Dane, you took good care of Bambi.

Sorry to hear. Danes have such a quirky personality-in a totally fun way. I have a Great Dane/Boxer mix and I hope she lives longer than Danes normally do, I know it's tough.

that sucks dude. i never really understood why dogs were mans best friend until i got the dog i have now. best friend i could ever have. he's given me more than i could ever give him. he's getting up there in age and is starting to slow down. definitely not looking forward to the day. really sorry to hear about your dog.

R.I.P bambi. Beautiful dog. So sorry for your loss. But remember no one ever truly dies, they still live on in the hearts of the people who love them.

A man goes to a bar and he ties his Great Dane up outside. About 10 minutes later a lady comes in and asks whose Great Dane is outside.
"Mine" says the man.
"My dog has just killed him", she says.
"What breed is your dog?" he asks.
"A Chihuahua", she says.
"How can a Chihuahua kill a Great Dane?"
"He got caught in his throat!!!

So sorry. Since I lost Dutchess, I haven't been able to do another dane. I miss her every single day.
