it really helps when it is dry or cold, when normal drinking water for them is scarce, or if you use those poison packets that make them really thirsty and blow up their stomache when they drink water.

oh trust me, it's a very exciting time to go bobbing for mice, and to come out with mice with no eyes!!

i can deal with mice scratching in my walls, but the darn moles destroying my yard just tick me off to no end.

thought you meant why wouldn't you use a killing trap when you asked why would you use a non killing trap then just drown it.

I used to toss the rats into this stock tank, they would start swimming then whomp a giant catfish would have lunch.
