These are 2 things that irk me!!!

My daughter wants a Twilight calendar, she tells me to go to Borders. I go today only to learn that one person bought all the calendars that they have, and there will be no more printed. I immeditately think, OH great some idiot is buying all the calendars and selling them on e-bay. I hate rude people like that, going to ruin my day and probabaly my daughters Christmas to try and make a qucik $ that you do not deserve. Well I will try and find it because I am a dad. I look all over town, even make my one and only trip to Walmart. No Go!!!
Then I come home and look it up online, only to find out that they did that horrible "exclusive" thing, that this calendar is ONLY sold at Borders. I HATE that! You know they have CD's out with extra tracks only available from Target, Or Best Buy or Wal-mart. That is total BS, If I want to buy a CD, I should not be penalized because I bought it as soon as I saw it.
Or in this case, Why didn't they just say, Hey all you fat lazy schemers who are only trying to sc-rew a family man who wants to get his kid something for Christmas, so you can try and make some sleazy money that you did nothing to deserve!!!!
So my rant is over, I want to wish each and every one of you who read my little tirade a Merry Christmas!!!!

Twilight calendar, as in the Twlight movie calendar. Second if you could call and check if they have it, and if they do......Well dude you would have yourself a brand new cute as a button puppy winging your way tomoorw morning!

Yep, they say you have to buy the calendars in the store. So of course some lazy fat slob only has to go to one or two stores to buy out an entire city of Twilight calendars.

Oops I guess I am still not over it.

Dude, you aren't kidding. I just called the 2 closest to me and both are sold out. I asked the second one, how can this be? He says, "I don't know, an individual came in today and bought out every single one we had".
These are probably the same marketing people that will be pumping that item up in the media coming up. Rediculous....

Egill, yeah it is just this day an age, you put a hot item in one store. Oner person buys all of them, thereby making a "shortage" of the things, then they are immeditately sold on the auction site. It just ain't right and I am going to tell my daughter when I pick her up that she is not getting one because I am not buying into it, I guess I will have to giver her one of the puppies to make up for it.

I see a bunch on the bay of e for only like $20 w/ free or close to free shipping so I don't think you're too sca-rewed... just buy it now and get it shipped asap because around crunch time, you know the prices are gonna go way up.
If you don't have a bay of e account let me know, I'll pick one up for you just let me know what you're willing to pay and I can have it shipped to you and you just paypal me.

Rotary, thanks. I know the money is not that big, it is the principle of it that gets to me. I don't want to reward these people for just trying to sc-rew people out of money. My daughter was pi$$ed about it to that these people are being "unfair" in her words. She is cool!

T3, Yep just picked up my daughter from my surfing lessons and now sitting here while my son does his homework. You know checking the weather charts and moon charts to figure out when the tides will be right and the waves are tubing.

That was not my intention when I wrote my wrant, I was just PO'd about people doing things like this and messing with kids Christmas's.

Scotts, dude, I'm on my way to santa barbara and the sb borders has pleanty of them in stock, its 2 blocks from my destination, I can run and grab one for you if you want? I really don't mind.
