Thinking about moving....Suggestions?

Wilmington NC... Southport NC... Around there.. You should be able to find a job around there.
Southport is a VERY small town on the cape fear outlet to the sea. Beautifull old town, lots of history, 30 minutes from wilmington and 5 minutes from the beach. I love it down there!

Go to western South Dakota...no ocean...but you have your tanks for that...oh and no people, litter, crime, rush hour, no people, no people, no people....there are places in the Buffalo Gap National Grasslands where you wont see people, litter, telephone poles, tracks...nothing...just you and nature...the best of life...

Well, thanks for all of the responses. I am starting to feel like there are several candidates as of right now... SC, Northern Florida. I don't know if I am ready to move to sourthern Cali as of yet. I would like to visit all of these places before I move tho. Since I am getting ready to move from this state I asked my girlfriend to marry me and she said she would. She is as excited about moving as I am. She was born and raised here in KY and has never lived anywhere else.

I have consdered the responses to my dislike of Florida, and I've come up with a response... I LOVE AMERICA!!! There are so many different climates, topography, and people that one can pick and choose their niche! I've been all around, I guess that I lost MY heart in the mountains of Colorado. I'm still a wanderer at heart! Thanks, Tang and Fulcrum, for making me think!
