Looks like Cyanobacter to me.

I'm guessing but are you using tap water and have you tested your water for Phosphate?

The water looks too calm. What are you using for waterflow?

No I use ro/di water and for water flow I use a oceanic 250 gph return and I have a power head that I can put in there that moves 350gph but it also makes my hammer coral close up and not open for a long time so in a month or 2 I'm gonna get a mp 10

The excess phosphate is coming from somewhere.

There are ways to temporarily remove it but I would recommend finding the source of the phosphate and then finding a way to deal with it (que Beaslbob & Macro Algae)

I agree. there is a phosphate problem somewhere. Double check your top off water to see if there is too much TDS. if you are buying it from a store, not all stores are equal, and if it isn't for human consumption, like buying it from a live fish store, they don't have quite the high quality standards... so buying and checking it with a tds meter would be beneficial.

If you are feeding a lot of food, you might want to cut it back a bit. If your not feeding a lot already, then don't worry about it, the source is coming from somewhere else

what is your water change regimen? What does your filtration system look like and how often do you change the filter? Do you have a protein skimmer?

Yes I have a protein skimer and no phosphate I tested that before I put the water in the tank and I own the ro/di system and I don't feed that much and I also have a nasty nasty bristle worm how do I get rid of it?

It looks like you need more flow. If the hammer closes all the way up I would either reposition the ph or move the hammer. What size tank and what is in there as of fish? How much do you feed and how often do you do water changes?

I added the other ph and it moves 550 gph and I woke up alot of the algae is gone and the hammer coral is fully open but I also have another prob there is still some of that algae on my zoas and they wont oven up.

You can manually remove some with a turkey baster during your next water change. This type of thing doesn't tend to go away over night. Sounds like flow (or lack thereof) was a main contributor. What size tank?

Try algaefix marine. It is safe for all inverts and really works. Also get a sand sifting goby. They like to sift the sand through their mouth and eat that stuff. Algaefix really works.

just vacume it out I think your tank has not completed its cycle your still getting a lot of diatoms on the glass also the death of your hammer corals cuzd the phosphate. Just do some water changes, vacume the sand and just wait.
