This guy bit me the other day

I just bought LRs and was arranging them. I was stupid enough not to wear any gloves. I do not know what stang me but for 4 days it already hurts. I have little red dots all over my hands, my fingers. They ich and swollen, so it is difficult to make a fist, and tips off my fingers kinda num, especially right hand. I am pretty sure it is nothing dangerous, but it is a good leson for me to wear gloves avery time I do anything in my tank.(although I hate wearing gloves)
Has anybody had such experience? What could it be? I have red hair worms, could it be them? Or it is just allergic reaction to something on LRs?

Foraminiferans or Fireworms would be my best guess.

I get a recurring "hive-like" reaction on my hand if I touch my live rock when I clean. I now use gloves if I think I may touch the rock.

Last night while putting some new corals in the tank, a peppermint shrimp darted out of a rock and grabbed me. Scared the hell out of me! but didn't hurt.
