L.A. County welfare to children of illegal immigrants grows
Payments to U.S.-born children rose to $52 million in July, prompting calls for policy changes

Go for you moron, you win a cookie. Now pay me back the taxes you owe me that you've been collecting all this time for your "disability". Kinda hypocritical you berate poor kids taking Welfare money while you sit around doing the same...

There There little man, Take heart. Some day you Might learn enough to make an honest attempt to debate a subject using real, live facts rather than deflecting away from the issues being discussed, which in this case is people with no right to even be in this country collecting benefits from a system they didn't pay into.

Sure I agree.  But why do those laws only apply to illegals?
It doesn't just apply to illegals. It applie to those here on VISAs and Asylum as well. That is a condition of them being allowed in this country. You break that condition you get sent back.
100 times more US citizens break laws in this country than illegals every day.
Do we have a law in place stating they will be shipped out to another country or secluded island should they break these laws?
You have financial investors that bilk the American taxpayers out of BILLIONS, yet they get their fancy lawyers to get them off with nothing but a slap on the wrist.
Who? Also, not a violent crime such as rape, murder, or assault and battery.
You have alcoholics that have been arrested for DUI SIX times, yet they receive probation for each offense.  Not a violent crime. Hell, you tolerate it when comparing DUI deaths to assault weapon deaths. You ask for assault weapons bans but not alcohol bans.
That's OK, because they're legal.
i didn't ever say getting away with it is ok. I have never condoned nor stated it should be ok to get away with crimes.
But if an illegal commits the same act?  Take them out back and shoot them is your logic.

No one ever said that either. Our logic is send them back. since the violated the agreement they signed upon accepting the VISA status.
The problem is, when it comes to illegals, the punishment doesn't fit the crime.
Sending them back to their home country for committing a murder here doesn't fit the crime? That is to lenient?
Here's an interesting perspective on how other countries around the world deal with immigrants:
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2013/06/130630-immigration-reform-world-refugees-asylum-canada-japan-australia-sweden-denmark-united-kingdom-undocumented-immigrants/
Yet not one comment on what these country do with violent criminal immigrants.
