It is trully sad. And I worry so much about my 18 y/o daughter leaving for college in August. She can't wait to leave, but she doesn't know how big and mean the real world is. Things like this are so random.

Bad thing is we can tell them till we are blue in the face...but they have to experience it themselves....just PRAY they are not hurt...and be there for them is all we can do

Three words...concealed carry permit.
It is truly sad, what happened to those people, in Florida. We'll never be able to understand how sick some people can be.
My girlfriend kind of caused me to do a double take, today. We were talking about this and she told me "This is why it's hard for me to believe in YOUR God". My girlfriend was raised half Catholic and half Jehovahs Witness. She's very confused about religion and doesn't believe in "God".
But, it is upsetting to hear about stories, like this. Both my girlfriend and myself, have spent many years in the field of taking care of Developmentally Disabled individuals. For these people to take these "DD" kids into their home and provide for them was truly a blessing for those kids. It just sucks that it all just got taken away, for no reason, what so ever.
