It looks good man but in the long run you are gonna be spending a whole lot of money. Cheaper to go buy a bike.

My three top hobbies other than my tank:
1. Cigars. This is my humidor when I first started buying nice cigars. It is full now.

2. Playing Classical Guitar. This is my hand made Alvarez Yairi

3. Riding my sportbike. Geared up and heading out to do some serious riding

No problem dude. I just came out of about a 3 week funk where I would not even pick mine up. It happens and the best thing to do is put it down for a week or so. It has not been that long ago that we talked about it. I think your biggest hurdle is patients which kills just about everyone learning guitar. Especially classical. Classical is just plain hard. Accept it and know it is going to take years to get good. And yes, John Williams is amazing. Make sure you listen to Sharon Isbin also. She started and runs the classical guitar program at Julliard and is an amazing player. Don't even try to play any of the stuff you hear them playing though. Find some etudes by Carcassi or Tarrega. They have some simple but really nice pieces. Then move on to Villa Lobos who was a Latin composer to get some the Spanish guitar sound in your classical playing.
Anyway, back to the thread . . .

Yep, its alot more expensive than reeftanks but I have tons of fun doing it. It seems everything I enjoy is either really expensive or hazardous to my health, but I wouldnt have it any other way (racing, women, partying/drinking, reeftanks). I work hard and play really hard. In the summers we race on saturdays, take the boat and jet-skiis out on sundays, then its back to work on mondays.

I know what you mean about dangerous but I've had to slow way down not that I have a small daughter and now that I'm over 40. I have to be a little more responsible and my reflexes aren't what they were 20 years ago. I'm pretty lucky I'm alive today with some of the stuff I've done over the past 25 years.
My neighbor has a rail car similar to yours that he run at the Gatornationals track during the season. He also has a Jr. Dragster that his son races. Those little dragsters are amazingly quick for what they are. I've thought about building a rail myself as I used to do some dragracing at the track in my Trans Ams and Corvette. It's not a matter of space or money but just the time required whick I just don't have.
