I still stand by my thoughts that you'll be just fine. For what it's worth a good friend of mine kept his 150G ontop of terracotta tiles in his condo for 2 years and nothing ever cracked as well as a 100G in another room ontop of the same stuff. If for some reason they did crack then the tank won't go anywhere anyways. And worst case scenerio if you have to replace a couple it would still be easier than filling those areas in with tile afterwards. Chances are he'll still have to pull some up in order to get all the pieces and grout lines to match up with the rest of the room. As long as care is taken when you're laying and setting the tile making sure that the morter is spread out even and the new slab is nice and flat...you'll be all aces IMO.
