Tiny Worms in Swimming in my tank

These tiny worms are swimming about in my tank.
Are these the dangereous Flukes that are harmful to fish ?
225 Gallon
Blue Tang,
Heneokus (sp ?)
Maroon Clown
Turbo Snails,
Hermit Crab
Flame Angel

might be planaria.
I've also seen what I've come to the conclusion as being sponge offspring, but they were much smaller than that I think. ANd didn't like the light at all.

That would creep me out so much, its like maggots in the water, bleh. I don't care if they're helpful or not, they would be creepy. Other than that opinion I have no idea.

Thank you for the "Epioke" that makes sense with what I saw and how it just appeared as a swarm..
Tonight they have not reappeared so I guess they are back in the substrate
What I didnt see in the google is what should i do ?
Are these worms harmful to my fish ?
Will they grow into larger harmful worms ?

They are a nice snack for most fish.
They will probably result in more Bristleworms. Nothing harmful though.
