To crowded?

Hey everyone, i have a 12 gallon nano and i have a quick question. Could i keep 3 fish in it? I was thinking this:
1. a mated pair of True Perculas (2)
2. and something else like a goby or something
Does this sound ok? I will do 10% water changes every week. Can i get away with it? Please help.

Imo,
you could keep all three as long as you keep the parameters up to chek.

If the 3rd fish is a Neon Goby, Clown Goby, or Barnacle Blenny then it should be fine.
