I have a 75 gal reef tank with about 100 lbs of live rock a flagfin, false percula, and flame angel. I was wanting to get a blue hippo, midas blenny, pwder blue, and 3 green chromis. the flagfin is about 3-4 inches, flame 1-2.5 inches, false percula 1-2.5 inches. if i go small on the other fish do you think this will be too much of a bio load?

In my honest opinion...I would stay away from the tangs you listed....The powder blue says it can get to 21"...will it..probably not, but I think it will outgrow that tank
Also the blue Hippo can get to 12"...You can probably keep a small one for a little while...but ask youself this...Then what?

I plan on getting a 125 or larger when I find a good deal. So when they do out grow the tank i will have a larger swim tank set up hopefully. They all should be fine for atleast a year.

Not to sound like the Tang Police, but..., if you are still in hopefully mode for the bigger tank, I would suggest skipping the Tangs. Buy them when you Do have the swimming space set. But the school of Chromis will be a fun addition!

i would say no on the tang as well.
i say this not because of the fish requirments but only because you have a reef tank and the key is high end water quality. A tang is a messy fish. eats alot, poos alot, moves stuff, waste food and all sorts of other things that are very anti-productive when it comes to keeping your water clean. In a larger tank like the tang should have this is not a big problem. In your tank however all the waste adds up rather quickly and becomes more trouble then it is worth.

the blenny and chromis r good. as for tang, get the hippo if u must. start off with a small one like 2-3 inches. make sure to feed it often at that size. it will take 2-3 years b4 the hippo gets anywhere too big for ur current tank. the powder blue isnt very hardy in a small tank.
