Too many Peppermint shrimp?

I am thinking about buying one of SWF's reef packages. The package I was looking at contains 10 peppermint shrimp. I have LR, LS, and 4 fish (2 damsels, 1 tomato clown, and 1 yellow tang). I plan on adding some low light, hardy corals soon. Any advise would be appreciated.

no that would not be too many shrimp:happyfish

just be careful, peppermint shrimp have been known to take one another out.. but you seem to have a large enough tank that they may not fight and/or kill each other.

I have 4 peppermints...used to have 5. Mine took care of some aptasia that I had which was great but they have a taste for anemonies and were picking on my anemone. Fortunately for the anemone, he fought back and won. Which is the reason I have 4 peppermints and not 5.

10 will do fine in your system IMO.
