I have only seen this thing twice, it is about the size of a bright new penny.
it has a blue dot on it near the head, and slides around quickly
very naucternal s/p

The blue spot looks like an eyespot on a planaria (flatworm) ... I can offer an interesting comment on flatworms. If you cut him up... the pieces will regenerate little clones:D

I thought limpets have a shell on them, and keyholes limpets had a hole at the tip of the shell.
this thing has no shell unless they can loose them.
and the blue dot is solo...there is not two of them just one

Whoops!!!! I just noticed the animal in question. I thought you were referring to the Orange guy to the right.
The animal in question is a Polyclad Flatworm. They eat Snails and other moluscs. You need to get rid of it next time you see it.
