Unknown Critter?

I just bought this little fella from my LFS. My girlfriend thought he was cute so I bought 'em. Does anyone know what it is? I thought it may be related to the conch family, it somewhat resembles the queen conch.

if it is a fighting conch there great..... the burry themselves in the sandbed and help clean it for you!!! i have two in my 29

It is a predatory Buccinid Whelk.
