Upgrade Question!!

I'm upgrading from a 37 to a 75 gal. Right now I have a S&S Puffer, Picasso Trigger and a Yellow Tang. I would rally like to add a CLown Wrasse. I know that this fish is semi-aggressive. Is this possible??? What if I add the clown wrasse to the 75 and then add my trigger?? The puffer is calm, he will not be a problem. Any other suggestions for additional fish??? I have a FOWLRLS. Thanks.

Clown Wrasse are only aggressive to small fish and most inverts.
It will need some type of substrate to dive into at night or when it gets spooked.

I currently use LS?? Would he be OK with these fish??? I was gonna add him to the 75 and get him established and then add my trigger?? I think this would work.
