So how did you get the BTA's off the rocks? I have those 7 I bought on the same rock and I gave one to a friend. This anen. had moved onto another rock. I couldnt get this darn thing off! Didnt want to hurt it, so I ended up giving the whole rock with the anem. Was prob a 5lb rock! Tanks looking great by the way!

I have a single RBTA in my tank that had to be moved from the original 55 to the 110 when I made my switch. Bugger wouldn't come off the rock, no way, no how. And of course he'd chosen the single largest rock to foot himself down into, so I ended up having to use my QT tank to keep that rock in when I made the switch. I love this species of anemone, but mine is an obstinate little creep!

Seems all I do lately is remove anemones. Yesterday I removed 18 minis. Strangely as I get better at it, I think I actually enjoy it. It is actually very easy if you just take your time and try to stay calm. I find an edge of the foot and very carefully get the edge of my fingernail under it and work it free. It helps if you have one that is wedged in a hole or in a tight spot to use bone cutters to cut the rock.
