Video of My Maroon making a mess

Mine still does it all the time. I just completed a water change on Saturday and smoothed everything out (again!!!) No sooner did I get done cleaning the tank and there were already holes started.
My flow rate is not high enough to cause as big a problems as some others. Just a pain in the *#$.

Yup just watched both of your videos, nothin new in my world, i have a pair of mated maroons and there host anenome has split several times, so for about a 10 circle around every anenome is a big deep hole, and he seems to move the sand everyday, i have recently been putting rubble rocks next to the anenoms to get them moved, but give him 5 mins and he moves them, then burrows a hole to put them in. Been watching our maroon dig wholes for 2 years now.

I took my 30 down that he was in and moved him to my 100. since then, not sand tail wagging. He is actually happier and swimming all around with the Flame Angel and Yellow Tang.

Well I am sure glad you didn't get rid of her. I was sure you had had enough. I love maroons, I swear mine is jealous of the new fish. If I stare too long at the new hawk she comes fluttering over waving all her fins and switching back and forth with both eyes till I give her notice.
I have CC substrate, guess I'm one up on you there.

yea i still have her she goes back and forth between 2 lt anemones she has it made. i too have cc substrate. its what the lfs recommended a few years ago when i first started this hobby. my other tank has live sand though.

my white stripped marron does that all the time. i have a 4 inch sand bed and he went right down to the bottom with in a week.

I have a 4 inch SB and she does it all the time... My SB used to be pretty even now it has rolling mountains....
