I would call the BBB and the health dept. then contact a lawyer. As a valued costumer no one should ever have to be treated that way, even if it was only hair. If it had happened to me I would have taken it back and forced them to eat there own filth..... or even worse......Good luck!

funny.... my old boss had the same thin happen just it was at mickey dees. he bit into his hamburger and under the bun was a whole head full of hair.... i mean it as everywhere. it seemed that they droped the burger on the ground and then picked it up not realizing that it had hair all over the bun.... or maybe they did. anyways it ruined his day.

For whoever is around the area and asked what it was.....it was the Pizza Hut in Winterville.
And i know hair won't make me sick (they do look like err....hair from down there...) but its just so gross.....
Anyway....planning on going up there today and speak with someone, then calling the sanitation inspectors.....
did a little research...this particular place got a 98.5 all of last year...this year went down to 95 and they are due for another inspection anytime.....they have yet to be inspected for this quarter.
Also found out a lot about all the restaurants in town.....some are terrible....
And i know hair won't make me sick (they do look like err....hair from down there...) but its just so gross.....

customer service has been seriously sucking the past years...... what are our youth doing??
I only go to resturants where i know the people who run it. that way they know its me and don't try to mess anything up... im really nice to the food service workers anyways because i know their jobs stink.

I agree petieaztec! I go to a restaurant (i didn't choose to go to pizza hut) to eat good clean food and good service....in return i am very courteous and tip well.....
I once got a milkshake from Sonic and there was a small metal ball in it that fit through the staw and came into my mouth.....who knows if i swallowed any. but i took it back mainly to let them know what was going on....they were rude and gave me a coupon for a 99cent menu item.....i wasn't looking for something free.....i was looking for an oh my gosh we're so sorry we will fix it right away, blah blah blah....

I used to work at McDonald's and I did a hella good job!
I really didn't mind the job, the day always went by quickly because there was always something to do. Even working on Christmas Eve was fun.
I quit working there because the atmosphere literally gave me acne... and I refuse to have acne!

I'd be mad like no other, a free round of pizza on the house and maybe double refunds. I've had hair in my food sometimes. Hair in food= Food sucks, al least get refund, then call health department,I mean that's what they are there for right???
