Watchman Goby - Mandarin Goby

Hi everyone,
Due to the loss of one of my yellow tail damsels to my arrow crab (who is no longer in my tank) I have decided to get another fish.
Current livestock in the tank is 10 hermits, 2 turbo snails, cleaner shrimp, 1 yellow tail damsel, 1 yellow chromis, 1 bicolor blenny, 1 cinnamon clown.
My tank is just over 6 months old, I have a 4"DSB comprised of playsand seeded with LS, and 70lbs of LR. Water parameters have been nearly perfect for 4 and a half months.
With that said I am thinking about a watchman goby, because of their symbiotic relationship with pistol shrimp, unfortunately my LFS does not have a mated pair, they just have the goby. If I bought the goby now and then got a pistol shrimp later, is there a good chance they will pair up?
I have basically decided that this will more then likely be my last fish that I add, but I do really like Mandarin Gobies, but am not sure if my tank is mature enough to support a Mandarins needs. If the general consensus is to wait on the Mandarin for a few more months, then would getting a watchman now cause problems later if I decided to add a mandarin later?

A very, very good chance.
If you add a good refugium you could support a Mandarin in a few months.
