Water Question

OK, so my previous post I was working with an RO unit. but since it was taking forever to fill the tank and i didn't really feel like doing it i decided to just fill my 125 gallon with tap water.
How long should i wait before putting fish into it?
I have a sump with ball filters, a protein skimmer, and 2 power heads that have been running on the tank since i filled it 2 days ago. I was told that Aerating the tank would remove the clorine; should i still get some de-clorinator?
I have been using Stability, which puts bacteria into the tank.
This is a fish only tank.... I'm looking at putting 2 Cat Banded Sharks in it. and the LFS needs me to pick up these sharks today!!. I procrastinated getting this tank ready.

Ive got 125 gallons of Saltwater mixed up in a water barrel. If the ammonia gets alitlte rich or nitrate/nitrites get high, Ill just do a massive change.
Ive also got water from a pre-existing tank if need to.
any other suggestions to keep these suckers alive. Ill be testing the water 2 times daily. AM and PM of every night.
btw, i read the new hobbyist forums.... refreshed my memory on a lot of the start ups.

Salt is mixed in,
My Stats in water are:
PH. 8.2
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 0ppm.
This will be a fun post... as weeks progress ill tell ya what I'm doing to keep them alive. This is NOT my first tank... like i have said in earlier post i have 125 reef. but been 5 years since I started it.
Taking it slow is always the first way to go, which i understand, however at the same time, Im only loosing 60 bucks if it fails.
These sharks where given to me by the LFS, I was suppose to have this additional tank started a month ago. I slacked.

LOL...You may be only losing $60....BUT what about the fish's lives????? We don't go into this hobby with the thinking...OH WELL...it only cost $30...so who cares if it dies

I care if they die. the fish store was going to kill them because they don't have resources to take care of them. IM doing what i can to save them. I have a buddy I'm trying to see if he will home them until my tank cycles, However, the snowflake eel I'm stuck with in that tank.... he won't take it because of no lid on his tank and he says it will jump out..
so I'm doing my best to keep them.

Sharks are being REMOVED from tank and will be transported to my buddy's 210 tank for safe keeping until tank cycles.
I still
have the Snowflake Eel? What do you think the survivability rate will be?

I think what Meowzer, and I and others are trying to say is that, the situation you are in is regrettable, but we are here to help as much as we can. I hope it all works out for you, and I'm here to help give you any advice that you seek.
I just think you should keep in mind that many hobbyists here don't care about the money so much as the lives of the livestock we purchase. You wouldn't have a baby and let it die because of negligence, and say "well, the birth only cost 3k." (It's an extreme analogy, I know...) Just keep it in mind.
It does sound like you do care for your new pets lives.
So, how big is the tank you are putting the two sharks in?

Snowflake is about 2 feet long. was in the same tank as the Sharks when they were dropped off at LFS.

A 125 is ok for being temporary, but a grow out tank will need to be a lot bigger than a 210. IMHO.Especially for two sharks and a large eel.
