Bahaha, despite all the haters the 'boys took care of business, and smashed Philly.
The Ravens are good. Man that was a fun game. But if you missed the Green Bay Arizona game, you missed it. HOLY CRAP. They might as well have had me playing defensive back. lol Then for the game to end like that? AHHHHHHH
And did anyone see the Jets QB making fun of his old coach. That was hilarious.

Yeah...seeing Sanchez take a shot at Carroll in jest was pretty funny.
My picks for next week are...Saints over Cardinals (unless the Cardinals find a defense within the next week). Chargers over the Jets...the Chargers are just too hot. I am going to take the Cowboys over the Vikings...I am shocked that I just typed that, but the Cowboys defense has looked GREAT for the past few weeks. I will take Indy over Baltimore (assuming that Wayne, Manning, Clark, Garcon, and Addai are going to play...unlike the past few weeks).
If you want to contact your bookies...those are the teams NOT to pick...I have a buddy that has a bit of a gambling problem...he has taken my advice in the past and not been happy with the results (and he wonders why I don't gamble!)

I'm liking the Ravens, Indy has NEVER done good in the playoffs, and the Ravens made a game of it last night.

What a game

Is everyone aware of how good Kurt Warner's performance was today? Almost 400 yards, 5 TD passes and only 4 incompletions!!!
Aaron Rodgers was incredible too, but not quite as good as Warner.
Cardinal defense needs to figure something out, because the Saints are just as good or better offensively than the Packers, and can't expect Warner to play like that 2 games in a row. I know nobody will give the Cardinals a chance again this week....just like last year.
Hey SrFisher, don't have to worry about Favre knocking "the pack" out of the playoffs, that has been taken care of.

Not necessarily.
Go ahead and start your "playoffs-who you like" thread and lets see who the peanut gallery is going to go with. Personally, I'm liking AZ if they can find a living human being to play defense. The Saints are not what the media thinks they are, but if AZ plays like they did today (defensively), AZ is going home. Start the thread and lets start getting picks now before too many reports come out...

The Cardinals game was an awesome game. The NFC games next weekend should be incredible. The Cardinals played incredibly. I don't think there is any doubt that Warner gets into the Hall of Fame. He played insanely well today.

In the 2nd half....

First half looked like a Ringling Bro's & Barnum Bailey Circus.

my picks for this coming weekend.
Cards over saints Saints are a very solid team and the saints have lost thier last three including one to tampa bay. And have barley been beating poeple all year. very high scoring here.
My vikes over the boys. the cowboys are on a nice run, but two of those games are against the same weak opponent. Philly hadnt beat anybody of importance on thier hot streaka t the end of the season making them look stronger than they were.
Viking played absolutley lights out the last 5 quarters of football at the end of the season. They are playing at home on turf where they have been all but unbeatable.
Chargers have an easy day with the so-so jets. IMO chargers are the best team in football
Indy beats Baltimore. I've been saying for the past 5 weeks that indy and the saints go 1 and done in the playoffs, but I just don't beleive that Baltimore can beat them on a consistant basis
Any team can win on any given Sunday/Saturday!
NFC has two great matchups this week and then again the following week no matter who wins.
AFC will come down to INDY and SD the rest are just a formality

Yeah, what a loser that guy is, probably get his 4th MVP this year, what a loser.

It's Peyton BTW.
I'm not saying he's a loser, he just has more success in the regular season than the playoffs. I do think alot of it has to do with Pitt and New England being contemporaries. But personally I would have thought it would have translated into at least as many superbowls as (any I'm soo going to try and spell this without googling it) Rothlesburger.

Jets have a solid defense and it will be warm out. Sanchez will play well. I dont know who.
Vikings defense has shown back up plus Favre had a week of rest.
If Boldin plays I like the Cards
Ravens

I personally think the Saints are going to pull the Cards back into reality.
Vikes
Tossup Baltisnore and Colts but I am leaning Colts
Jets in an upset. Hot or not Diego has to contend with a very good D.

Hey SrFisher, don't have to worry about Favre knocking "the pack" out of the playoffs, that has been taken care of.

I don't know what was more painful: watching the Pack lose that way or having to listen to Troy Aikman the entire game. The guy doesn't shut up and assumes nobody watching knows anything about football----and like most Cowboys, has an inherent dis-like for The Pack, goes way back to the Ice bowl, I guess. Yeah favre can only beat the Pack twice this year. I expect the Cards to beat the Aint's---New Orleans is way past "peak". Favre won't lose at home to South America's team. Minn. & SD in the Super Bowl, which is a game I've come to really dislike; too much hype and no-nothing celebrity babble. The Conference Championship games are just as exciting to me. The SB is a good excuse for a party, though; but so is any day I'm still this brilliant about football at my age.
BTW, Kirk---Manning did win his 4th MVP a few days ago. The Pack's Woodson should win the defensive MVP, Wednesday.
