weird alk & calcium

sorry I don't check my parameter that often
CALCIUM ALK in DKH MAGNESIUM
3/6 700 4.8
3/30 700 5.4
4/19 500 6.4
4/23 650 5.4 1500
Everyday i keep adding Kent Marine Pro BUFFER DKH to keep my cal low but it seem to never go low. should i be adding a lot more than i usually do? help!

what do u hav4e in your tank??
if u dont have anything that needs calcium u shouldnt really have to dose ur regular water changes will take care of ur alk and calcium ....
if i were ud id do a 25% water change then re test ur new water should be around 400 in calcium and 7-9 in alk so that should help change the numbers....
what test kits u using?? i use salifer and they have alwayts been easy and accurate
i would also test your fresh water that ur changing with to see what it has sometimes there is bad salt

i used oceanic that i know is very high with cal and low alk
25% will do but which salt should i be using
i just have four new branch of xenia and two is gone now
everything else that's been in my tank is totally fine
i also have instance ocean salt but what i'm gonna do with my oceanic, should i mix?

I'd recommend switching salt as well.

Too funny, IO (not Reef Crystal) is known to have low cal and high alk. I say to mix the two.

IO and Oceanic is the salt that have at home.
