Well played Israel, well played...

All I can say is " to the shores of Tripoli". We killed off the Muslim Barbary pirates, and should again. It seems the UN hates the US and Isreal, yet trhe US pays the lion's share of the UN costs.
I say get the UN out of the US and the US out of the UN. Look how well the League of Nations worked.

Wouldn't that be a fun day. If I'm ever prez, that is the first budget item I'm cutting. All direct and indirect funding to the U.N. I'm also going to order the state department to make those diplomats wait in line like everyone else to come into the country... No more letting morons like Iran's leader in the USA, and us funding a forum for him to spew his drivel.

I won't justify any of the violence that happens in the middle east by either side, although it seems like everyone here thinks Isreal is completely innocent all the time and I don't agree with that. But since you dared Darth, can you tell me the official view on Israel that are held by noted conservatives Palin and Graham, I sure don't agree with the view of some conservatives that Israel should be protected for religious reasons that extreme.

Support of Isreal for religious reasons I do not agree with. Support for them as they are one country surrounded by many that don't want them there...I will agree with. And I would only hope the U.S. would go top the same extremes if we hd multiple countries on our borders that would fire rockets at us occasionlly, occasionally start war, occasionally suicide bomb a cafe, and so on so forth...And the entire time still allow the people from those countries cross our border at checkpoints to go to a job...

The United Nations has the same problem the Obama administration has. They are afraid to attribute any of the evils caused by Islamic extremists to Islamic extremists. All those countries around Israel oppose their existence on religious grounds. The Palestinians had no historic claims to the ground there. They themselves were refugees as well as the Jews.
I don't think we should support them because of their religion but if we deny the fact that religion is playing a huge roll there will never be a solution to the problem.

Which is fine if that is what you believe for yourself, but when you get someone like Palin supporting this reason for providing aid for Israel I have a HUGE problem with it since she already has a very cult like following anyway and is no lower than number two in the GOP/Tea Party/Libatarian whatever in the next presidential election. Just trying to point out that I can see a lot of religious crazyness causing problems on boths sides. I was beyond shocked to learn that in some places in Israel, due to Jewish fundamentalism, woman are forced to ride in the back of public buses, so I do have a little different perspective on supporting Israel than I did in the past to be honest.

Palin is a great American. We need a LOT MORE politicians with her attitude. I don't agree with a lot of her religous ideas but I admire the fact she tells you what she thinks and puts right before party. Rare in the modern political world.

Yeah so we can weed them out before they knowingly try to cause the rapture. She is poison IMHO and her extremist religious views cannot be separated from her political views. As soon as she said that Iraq was god's war I knew she was a wacko and I disagree with you on this, I barely consider her an American and she has a capability for bringing out the worst in people that is also rare in the modern political world.

So you don't like religous people, As would be your right. That's cool. I like the fact she is helping people wake up to the fact the feds are a bunch of power hungry opportunists who are only out to enhance their own little world

I never said I don't like religious people Reef, I just don't like religious extremists no matter what the faith and you honestly don't think that Palin is a power hungry opportunist just like the rest of them? Her little temper tantrum about the writer who moved in next door to her is a good example, she is for freedom, but that freedom extends only to the tip of her nose or for those that she deems real Americans. Last time I checked, as a U.S. citizen he is free to live wherever he wants, Palin whines about it and right-wing radio gives out his email and he gets death threats. I tire of the knee-jerk crap and the drama.

If Palin was power hungry would she had resigned from office? Arlen spector sold his political soul just to try to get re-elected. Obama got all his primary opponents throw off the ballot to win his first election. Now that's power hungy.
As far as the writer goes are you going to sit there and claim you wouldn't be mad as hell if that was done to you? And where has Palin ever said he didn't have the right to move there>?

So FishTaco, it is pointed out to you that the Muslims are trying to incite the world against us and Israel and are willing to martyr themselves to advance their religious cause and "that's not what I(you) was talking about" when making a point about the situation. Nope, you're not anti-Christian, it's only Christians you have a problem with. Politicians are allowed to be any religion, as long as a Christian doesn't let their religious beliefs influence them in any way. I hope you are seeing how transparently anti-Christian you are, cause if you can't see it, you're the only one.

Mantisman, would it make me better in your eyes if I went out today and beat the crap out of the one Muslim guy I know, he is after all a Muslim and must be trying to incite the world against us. Like I said before, I dislike religious extremists no matter what flavor they come in, don't care for war and don't think the U.S. or Israel is completely blameless for the problems over there.

I think your view of extremist is pretty skewed but I agree. I wouldn't use the term extremist to discribe people with Palins views, I use extremist to discribe those blowing up abortion clinics or burning gay bars.

Stop it Reef, you and I both know that Palin quit her job because it was not a fast enough road to the wealth and power she seems to want for herself. Once again you and the rest think seem to think the conservatives are somehow more noble and less dirtbags than the Dems. As usual this is a complete non-starter for me because I understand that both sides are equally sleezy so are Arlen and Obama capable of it, of course they are.
As far as neighbors, we have all had crappy neighbors and the writer is obviously using this story to sell his book. Palin instead of just not commenting, is going the Alaskan conservative royality routine and unleashed her hoards, Beck and helped the guy with both subject material and press. As far as telling him he did not have the right to move there, I guess she does not have to, unleashing her hoards with their death threats is enough of a message.

Palin sealed her political fait by leaving office. Not something a power hungry person would do. I am not going to fault her for turning a buck after all the crap she went through with the press and Hollywood.
As far as the writer moving in next door it's very not cool. If you don't see that you must truly hate the woman.
