...a baby queen angel about the size of a half dollar, a french angel the size of a quarter 2 coral banded shrimp, 10 hermit crabs all in my hospital tanks. and saw lots of other things.

Nice! Where did you dive? Palm Beach Inlet? Just make sure you get them some angel sponge based foods. Was the water murky or clear because last week I couldnt see 2 feet in front of me.
t316, Its legal. Where do you think collectors get there fish?

i went to palm beach inlet yes, and it was murks just about 10 feet down it clears up a bit.
taking fish is legal. just not rock or coral.

I'm surprised at this. Learned something new. I thought "collectors" had to have more of a commercial license to harvest and resale.

i talked to the wildlife officer that was working there he looked at the fish and everything he said just no rock or coral.

Collect is one thing. Resale is totally different.
I can go out fishing and catch 200 lbs. ( just to throw out a number) of Grouper. If it is all legal size and quantity, I'm all good. But, I cannot sell that Grouper "legally" to anyone.

Going along with what Grouper said, private collection is one thing, but selling is another. You also want to keep the limits for private collection, you are limited to 20 specimens, no more then 5 may be angels. You also must have saltwater fishing license.
Lastly, note the legal sizes, not to call scottallert out, but that French was collected way too small, the Queen sounds iffy. The French has to be 1½", and the Queen 1¾".
