Thats because he's writing a book and is gonn answer the questions there. He just wants to know what questions are most asked when starting the hobby.

of course, when you get into writing the thing, extra questions will definately occur, and I hope they do. So far, I have categorized everything into different sections, Now I have to arrange all the questions in order, which can be strenuous and difficult. Anyways! I'm getting excited....
