What are these little worms in my tank?

About an hour after I turn off the lights I see these little worms swimming around in my tank. They are about an inch long, flat, and swim with a rippling motion, almost like a little eel. What are these? I've tried googling saltwater worms but can't seem to find any that look just like these. Are they good or bad? Last night we counted about 5 of them. As soon as they see light they vanish! TIA!

Are they really swimming, or just waving around in place? If the latter, then you're probably seeing the tentacles of a spaghetti worm.

Epitokes. They're harmless. Just don't let them get out of the tank or feed them after midnight.

Actually it looked more like this only worm-ier. LOL! I guess I'll have to get a closer look tonight. I didn't see any bristles on them but I don't have the best eyesight either. They sure were movin' though! Fast little buggers.
