What are these worm things?

I have noticed some creatures on my live rock including a few bristleworms and some worm-something? I'll best describe it as a few white 'tubes' attached to the LR and I have not seen any sort of life from them...but the first time I fed my fish - I noticed a clear long tentacle-like thing coming out of 2 of these tubes. These tubes look like they're almost rocky...if that makes sense. I haven't seen anything since from these 2 tubes since but that was still exciting.
If I could get my camera to focus on them, I would submit pic...

Your description sounds similar to Spionid Worms.
