What could this be?

I am clueless as to what this stuff is growing in the back wall of my tank. My tank had ich a little while ago and i treated it. At least i thought i did. After a few weeks I put a clown in there and it seems to have a little ich on it. Anyways, i've raised the temp to 82 F and added a bit more salt. WHAT COULD THIS STUFF BE on the back wall?? Some look like they are squishy, and some white spots look like they are hardened shells.I should also add that I have a purple tip sabae anemone that traveled along the trail where the squishy "things" are at.

Actually, I know for a fact that they are not sponges but you're right about the serpulias. I went to my LFS and the guy told me the name of that other stuff. I forgot what they're called. They are smushy and kinda look like tiny anemones. Are any of these harmful? Are the serpulias or the sponges harmful?

I'll try to get some better pics of the sponge because that's what it really looks like, so maybe my pics are not doing them justice. Can you see the little "strands" to the right in my pic (doesn't really show it well, I'm afraid), don't I see them at the ends of each of your..... globs?
These sponges can feel squishy because they are water-filled.
Both the things in my pics are harmless.

Thanks a lot. I really wanted to hear something like "they are harmless" and that's exactly what I got. Thanks.
