For a return pump I'd look into an Iwaki70 with japanese motor. Then you can drill the sump and run it externally.

o.k i ordered one.
As fas as drilling the sump and runnin it externally i havent a clue what that means...if you ever get any time to draw me some kind of diagram of how my equiptment would be set up i can just follow that and do it accordingly.. If not no big deal

You should also order a 1'' or 1 1/2'' bulkhead to feed it with. You'll have to holesaw a hole in your sump for it.

Would it be easier to take my 55 gallon and make my own sump? i cant dsrill the 55 either but will it need to be drilled??? any advice is cool

Yes, the Iwaki is strictly an external pump. You must get it drilled. Wait until the pump comes in and you can determine where you'll need the hole.
