What do you feed your clowns?

I just got these two clowns and am wondering what to feed and how much.
Right now I have little cubes of brine shrimp that I am feeding them once a day, is that enough? (I only got them yesterday).
Anyways here's some pics of them:

Aw, what little cuties. I feed 1X daily. I feed a variety of mysis, Rod's, and a good quality pelleted food. I switch off to make sure they get a varied and balanced diet. Underfeeding will not hurt them while overfeeding will give you an excess nurtient problem so feed sparingly. Congratulations on your lovely new fish they're yummy

Brine shrimp is the one thing I stay away from, it is not very nutritious. switch to mysis, much better for your fish.

Ok sounds good. I just got it with the fish. Is there any good pellet food I can mix too?

I understand that you shouldn't feed the same food daily, but does rods fall under this rule as well? I have only been feeding mine Rod's. Sorry for the question inside a thread!

Don't take this the wrong way. But your live rock looks like base rock. Zero to little life on them. The one piece one the right looks decent. I'd buy some more. Maybe around 15 more pounds depending on what fish you decide to add if any. Make sure its 100% cured or it will cause an ammonia spike and could kill your fish. How long has your tank been up and running? You really should top it off. Do you have any lights that go over the top? To answer your question. I cut feed mysis and a pellet food every day switching between the two. I have the mysis cube and I normally cut a 1/4 of it off. Been feeding them like that for 3weeks now.

I use homemade food for my fish. It's mostly just blended seafood from the grocery store, heavy on the scallops.

I have been using new life spectrum, but there are many just as good. I make sure they sink so the fish don't gulp air.

The camera dosen't do the rock justice. There are tons of snails, amphipods and coralline on all pieces. There are also little feather duster worms. And it came from an established tank and I've had it in my tank for about 4 weeks if not longer. So yes it is 100% cured, I tested and everything is in the perfect range.
My S.G. is about 1.024, Ammonia = 0, Nitrate = 0, Nitrite = 0 and PH = 8.2.
I have a light but I need an adaptor for it (got it off the net, and it was an australian outlet...). Anyways I just use the room lights for now so the fish know when it is day/night.
I like your feeding plan though. What type of pellet food do you use?

I feed mysis every other day, and flakes everyday, once to twice (depending on how adament my clowns are to me when I get home). I cant remember the type of flakes I use, but I'll check when I get off of work. I'm about to expieriment with making my own food soon, too. Good luck with whatever you decide

I think I'm going to do mysis/pellets. For now I'll feed the brine until it's gone.
Anyways what time do you all feed at? Does it matter?

I have had a yellow stripe maroon for 6 months. I started out with brine and a flake. He didn't really take to the brine so now i feed flake everyday, mysis every other day and he gets purple seaweed twice a week. The seaweed is for my tang but the clown eats a pretty good helping of it.
