Is it clumping out like a cauliflower growth? Take a look at Beth's Diseased Fish FAQ. Look at the pictures of lymphocystis.

It is not sticking out at all. Almost stringy but super short strings. It almost looks like he could have scratched himself. I added him with a tomini at the same time but thats it. He eats my home made food which is like, garlic, white fish, scallops, shrimp, ect, ect.

It looks to me like a scratch from rock. Is there anything on the opposite side like if it wedged itself in the rock?

There is NO spots anywhere else. The spot does have some texture but its hard to tell what it looks like exactly. I guess I am just going to have to wait and see if it heals up. If it was a scratch then how long would it take to heal?

It is a scratch from the rocks. My Powder Blue got something similar a few weeks ago and it went away on its own in 3-4 days.

That is what I am hoping for. I know how hard it is to get halthy ones and I was so happy after 3 weeks of it being healthy and then this showed up. I will just leave him in there for another week maybe two.
