Two or 3 Naso Tangs!!

Just kidding ... but you do have a lot of choices and can start by looking at the fishes already suggested.

I recommend a Bi-color blenny, and I would imagine you could have at-least 4 good sized fish. My buddy who has a 29 has a chalk bass, clown, purple fire fish and a small damsel.

Add another damsel and let them fight to the death

These fish should be sold with a warning label attached! *Caution should be used when purchasing this fish as it will decide what you may or may not place in your tank, including, but not limited to, human hands*
BiColor Blenny or a Tail Spot Blenny would be my choice on blennies. If picked on, these guys can hold their own, but really shouldn't cause any aggression. ONLY ONE BLENNY PER TANK, especially in a 29G.
You could try a pair of clownfish, the should be able to hold up against a damsel as well, since they're from the same family.
If you're getting a blenny, I'd shy away from a hawkfish.
Here's the stocklist I'd do (just an idea, by all means, you don't have to do this)
Your evil damsel (really, you should get rid of this guy)
2 clownfish
1 BiColor or Tail Spot Blenny
1 Goby (Diamond goby would be an excellent sand sifter for this size tank, OR Yellow Watchmen, just because they are fun little fish)
1 Chalk Basslet, Royal Gramma, or something similar if you can get the damsel out

Nice choices!

The bi color still remains one of the best fish I ever had based on personality. My midas blenny must be part tang because all he does is swim back and forth in the open water like a tang.
