For my inverts I want 10 blueleg hermits, 10 emerald crabs, 5 nassarius snails, 10 turbo snails, 10 cerinth snails, 2 fire shrimp or 2 cleaner shrimp, and maybe some feather dusters and cucco worms.

Oh, I forgot to tell you that list sounds good for your tank, but like you said i don't know that much about this hobby yet, but i still think that those fish would give you a lot of color!!

I read the post about the fish you think i should put, but i was wondering why i couldn't have a rainfords goby? I like it better than the sand perck blenny

you can have the rainfords goby i just said a list that i would do if i had your tank its just that i dont like fish that look too much like other fish and in my picky opinion the rainfords goby looks too much like the sixline wrasse. But i wasn't saying that you couldn't have it.
