What in the world is this?

I was looking around my 12 gallon Nano when all of a sudden i see this THING. . . . coming out from the bottom of a chunk of live rock. Its about 2 inches, black and white, has little feather things coming out the end of it, rummages through the sand alot, and VERY worm like. I bought some live rock from a pet store and the tank where it came from already had alot of fish and things living in it. I think it came with the live rock, but i have no idea what it is!

I think it might be a peanut worm, I have one too, I think they're harmless. I hope so anyway.
