What is a good amount of time for lighting?

I have a 65 gallon tank and am starting to get a good collection of coral going. I was just wondering what would be the right amount of time to leave my lights on? Ive had coral for probably a little over a year now, and have never lost one, so aparently whatever im doing is working, but I just didn't know if there was a better way that would make them even happier.
My lighting system is a 96w T5 lighting, and my current time frame is:
10AM - 12PM, actinics only
12PM - 8PM, actinics + 10000k
8PM -10PM, actinics only
So Im basically getting 12 hours of total lights, but only 8 of it is with the 10000ks on. Is this too much, not enough? Is there anything better i can be doing? Like I said, what Im doing now seems to be working because everything seems healthy and happy, but if theres anything I can do to make them even more happy, then Im game!
