What is this? EVERYONE READ!

Today, on the glass of my tank, I found 2 yellow things, about the size of a string, 1/4 inch long. It has these other smaller string things that come out of it, and it moves. What is this!?

Maybe try the macro setting on your camera and don't zoom in so close

from the pic, it looks like a spaghetti worm, but I cannot be sure.

It's a type of bristleworm called a "Hair Worm". Cirratulid sp.
These are very beneficial detrivores that are normally found in the sand bed.
