What is this green algae looking material????

ok a while back i had questions about a certain slowly, no very slowly growing algae looking substance....in this pic it shows part of it, now keep in mind the pic only captured a dull green, in my tank its a super vibrant almost flourescent green...it doesnt have layers, its thin, and impossible to brush off...also with it it seems to have turquoise patches..i heard this is good quality algae but heres a pic you decide

I have that too - it is like dayglo green

im sorry what is dayglo green??, this isnt taking over my tank by any means it just shows up on a few rocks and that cats paw pretty thick

thats just a color reference - bright , flourescent green

ok ty, yeah it isnt hurting anything nor covering everything, just curious if i should try to clean it off and remove it or let it go because it isnt hurting anything

I am starting to get th same thing on my live rock...bright green/yellow with some turqouise spots, yet the rest of my tank is immaculate. Someone must know what it is! Help us!
