Can someone please help me ID this. This is on my unseeded rocks in my tank that has no fish in it, and about 6 snails. Its been up for 3 weeks cycling. I have about 40lbs of live rocks and 25 lbs of unseeded rock. Is this bad???

I just hope its nothing bad and harmful. Wouldnt want to jeopardize my tank for some unknown stuff. Does anyone else might have an idea of what it is or what I should do??

How long have you noticed them on the rocks? Have they been there since day 1? Are you noticing it in more places as time goes on?

They are snail eggs. Just noticed 3 or 4 tiny snails crawling on the side of the rocks and the tank. So cool!!! I am not sure what the snails are called tho. Here are a few pictures if you can help with ID.

The snail is a Stomatella but they don't lay eggs. They are broadcast spawners. Very good snails to have.

ya ive never seen eggs from these guys, just small babies. They keep spawning at the bottom of my collection cup in my skimmer. I distribute the snails to all my tanks! The small turbos are the ones that come from the eggs! My eggs are white though and not black!
