What is this?

I have some green and red things on the sand on my 20g. The red looks like cyano but I have no idea what is the green thing.

1.025 salinity
PH 8.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10
Calcium 480 ppm
KH 7dKH
Phosphate .5ppm

Red & Green Cyanobacter in the same pic! Awesome.
This is always due to excess nutrients, typically Phosphate. Often associated with insufficient water flow.
Just my opiniopn but a large percentage of hobbiests use an antibiotic and I could never figure out how that treats the cause of the problem.

lol you should of seen where i had to squeeze my camera into to get that pic... well I have started to take it out, i did a water change, I added chemi-pure elite to my filter, and if that doesnt help my problem I will go ahead and change the bulbs on my light.
I believe the cause was the water I added in my last water change...I buy my water from the LFS but the one I bought the water from has gone down the drain and I am pretty sure it had phosphates (I usually test the water before I add but I had began to trust them)
