What are these little whit things they are in the back of my biocube. They are next to the pump and in the chamber next to my filter media?!????

There's too much glare in the picture to see anything.

However; This is an area commonly inhabited by Spirorbidae Worms and Sycon Sponges.

It was hard to get a good pic. I'll try to get one later today. Are those things you mentioned bad or good?

neither, they're just normal reef animals. Google the two I mentioned and see if your animals resemble either.
