What is this?

I am not sure what this is? It appears to be a worm of sort. Any ideas? The thing makes a tube like above the sand. It showed up after placing my live sand in.

thats not very clear, could u get another one? looks like some kinda sponge or polyp.

Perhaps a Vermitid gastropod (Tube Snail). Could also be a Terebellid Polychaete (Spaghetti Worm). How many tentacles do you see at a time?
