What is your water temp?

I was curious what most of you ran your water temp at?

79 is what I aim for...81 is what I get.
76-83 is a perfectly acceptable range for most species. I've heard to shoot for 79 since that is closest to the average of all the natural environments where ornamental livestock is found.
Remember, consistency is more important than getting that exact number. If it changes too much, you'll have problems.

76-78. its depends on ur room temp. my room temp is constantly around 70-73.

Saw a poll on another site once....majority kept it at 80, followed closely by 79.
Not saying that majority should be law, but take it for what it's worth.

I just added MH's a few weeks ago, before I added them temp stayed about 77 since adding 80 daytime 78 at night.

mine runs between 80 and 81 almost all the time unless i loose power then it sits around 76
