I had the same issue... I bought a cleaner shrimp and followed the acclimation procedure to the letter. He didn't make it through the night. I noticed him dead the next morning, but didn't have time to take him out, as I was running late for work. So I planned to retrieve him when I got home. Well, I got home, and found that his body had drifted into the clutches of my anemone. No chance of getting it back now. Anyway, I e-mailed swf.com and let them know what happened, and they quickly issued me a claim number to apply to my next order. I now have a new...and very happy, healthy cleaner shrimp! I haven't been ordering from this site for long...but so far I am very pleased with everything!
