What kind of weird/interesting fish should I get?

I was just looking around at everyone's tanks right now and wanted to get something different, what kind of weird/interesting fish should I get? It has to be reef safe, and that includes it can't eat softies, LPS, SPS, clams, shrimp, and it has to fit in a 28 gallon nano cube and can't out grow the 28 gallon nano cube. I was thinking a filefish? Will a filefish work? I was thinking about one of these two: Colored Filefish (Pervagor melanocephalus) or Jade Filefish (Paramonacanthus japonicus).

I'm pretty sure they'll eat your softies but if you don't really care for your shrimp care bout your shrimp you could go for a mantis or a nice ghost or zebra eel
seahorses pipe fish are completely safe with every thing

if you have a lid, get a jawfish. the blue spot is beautiful, but a bit pricey, but the yellow headed pearly jawfish is cheap and both are very interesting to watch. go to a store and sit infront of their tank for a while, you'll be quite amused.

I don't know anything about a flifish but I thing youd like a cowfish! They are vegitarians so they won't eat your stuff and they are some of the wierdest looking fish you'll ever see! It is yellow with a horn on the top of it's head and two horns at the end of it's body. And a strange body shape. You have got to take a look at this fish, it's so strange it's cute!!!

They are not reef safe and get over a foot long.

Yeah, I looked at the blue spotted ones, they are a pit pricey, about $150 a piece. Hmmm.... How deep of a sand bed do they need and will White Caribbean Aragamax Sand work for the jawfish or do they need another kind of sand? I have about 2.5-3 inches of sand in the 28 nano cube.
