I made smoked pork loin (put some rub on the night before), grilled asparagus, a pineapple pina colada, and Pineapple/Strawberry/Banana foster for supper.
The pork loin was gone before I got a picture. For the Fruit foster I added brown sugar, butter and rum... put it on the grill high for about 5 minutes... and served over vanilla ice cream..... WOW -- first time I made or had it but if it gets any better than this I don't know what it is. Saddest thing? My bowl when the dessert was gone

Oh yeah, obviously fresh pineapple

Got the foster recipe from look at the biggreenegg website. The loin was just some rub and put it in the smoker and the aspargus covered in olive oil and some salt and pepper was from allrecipes I think.
I cored the pineapple and decided to make a drink like in Hawaii :)

OMG that looks great!
I just bought some pork loin this eve, to make when my folks come down.
I like it if it's good, and by good, I mean not dry!
I only made it twice, once was AWESOME and once was... well, I don't wanna talk about it.

Actually with the pork loin we also make pulled pork sandwiches..... wife puts it in the roaster with some kind of buillon and water for like 6 hours? Then shreds really easy and goes in the crock pot with lots of Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy BBQ sauce... AWESOME pulled pork sandwiches.
Just had my left overs but hungry still now lol
