People claim to have almost run into them crossing the road that runs along the lake. The supposedly can move across land much like a seal. They could get their food that way.

Out of the list... I believe that there has to be life out there beyond ourselves. It's an amazingly enormous universe, and it seems very egotistical to me to think that our little blue dot is the only one that supports life.
