what to put in my new 50 gallon?

my mom told me today that my uncle is giving away his 50 gallon tanl and she said i could have it so of course i couldnt refuse = ) i dont know what it had in it or what it comes with so far i only know its a 50 (most likely a 55 )
i guess imlooking for something inexpensive and cool, but i still dont have aa hypo. i dont know what direction to go with it though. should i do a wartskin frogfish or is the tank a little too big? reef? hypo? i guess im just looking for suggestions.

i vote for a psycedelic frogfish
if you can find one that is... But i say frogfish are awesome,,, my LFS has a medium yellow one in their frag tank,,, i vote frags and frogs

haha i would love one! but im assuming they are impossible to find. Is there anytthing at all that I could put witth the frigfish?will the lights bother it?

some damsels,, it will eat them in the end though ,They have VERY big mouths, like pacman frogs, but they do fine with corals (as long as you put the stinging ones ontop of rocks and such)

yea I've kept one before but it didnt last very long.
Will it most likely be chillen on top of the rocks or hiding or what? i was kind of hoping to see it haha

I was actually looking at either a giant pacific octopus or a panther grouper, queen angel, seahorse, undi trigger combo. I read somewhere online that there compatible. The tank will look pretty empty for a while but i want to let those all get use to their new enviroment before adding my emperor and blueline angels. haha I'm adding them all at the Same time tho , except the 2 angels of course, so I should be good right? A tang wuld be just stupid though

I think I'm using it as a hypo untill my 90 is stocked and then turning it into a frogfish/frag heaven.

my lfs have this awesome neon yellow frogfish. I can see how they dont last long though, some of them have a hard time eating prepared food. But damsles and chromis always fit the bill.... and you can put all kinds ofcorals in there, just put the rockwork at the back of the tank so he cant hide, lol

yea those would be cool. Mine died because it wouldnt eat and then it finally ate a silverside after a while, it died the same day tho
